I pulled out the first tile and notice a nook was once broken. I continued taking them out of the box and they had been all broken. I then noticed the nook of the field used to be beaten. I know I did not drop it so I'm assuming the carrier did on the truck or no matter. Normally I'd contact Amazon and they might handle it but I had these on a shelf for goodbye, who's to assert I did not drop it (although I comprehend I did no lengthyer).
