Reviews for Porter-Cable FN250C 1-Inch to 2-1/2-Inch 16-Gauge Finish Nailer (Tools & Home Improvement) I've had a few sixteen gauge end nailers through the 12 monthss, and that is more than likely my favorite of all of them. It can drive a 2.5" nail thru purple oak comfortably and by no implys jam. Super simple to load and oil free! Functional belt clip and mild-weight weight.....great device throughout.
Reviews for Porter-Cable FN250C 1-Inch to 2-1/2-Inch sixteen-Gauge Finish Nailer (Tools & Home Improvement) I love this nailer! I actually have a few other P-C nailers that require a "drop of oil" each time it can be used. This one is oil-less and I like that.

Very powerful and easy to use. Easy to regulate the nail head-height. I use it with a small Senco 1 Gal. Hot Dog compressor and works extremely well. I have greater compressors, however it works smartly with the small, quiet one.

Simple to insert and do away with nails. Easy to look how many nails stay. No adjustment for different size nails. Nice Case.
Reviews for Porter-Cable FN250C 1-Inch to 2-1/2-Inch 16-Gauge Finish Nailer (Tools & Home Improvement) I sold this FN250c as part of the 3 gun equipment from Home Depot.

I adopted the guidance in relation to set up, use, and minding the temperature (I used it indoors).

After a snappy volley of four nails into pine 2x4s, the trigger seal began to leak. I had shot no extra than one hundred twenty five nails via it. Perhaps it wants a break in duration but there's no mention of it within the guide.

As of now, the tool continues to be functional and the leak could be very minor however I fear about it getting worse.

Otherwise, I like the means in which it deal withs, it is mild. I don't like the highest manner it masses. The plastic slide grips the nails until they're midway up the slide and you may have got to push them into position. It is awkward compared to their older sixteeng nailer with the steel slide which had a spring mechanism that locked again and nails had been dropped in through the prime.

I bought it only a few weeks ago, so I could trade it at Home Depot and hope for higher success or return the whole unit and purchase one thing else.

IF YOU JUST BOUGHT THE TOOL: I counsel (this is most effective my beginner wager of what may help) you go easy on it for the first 300 pictures or so the parts will wear in. That implys preserve your tempo down and the power low. This may end in higher long run sturdiness.
